GILLIS OF BELLEISLE WINERY - Opened in 2003, they have already gained a reputation for fine wines. IRVING NATURE PARK - A 243 hectare (600 acre) site, was created by J.D. Irving, Limited to help protect an environmentally significant, endangered area. ROCKWOOD PARK - The heart of nature in the heart of Saint John. This is one of the largest in-city parks in Canada. In May 2008 a designation ceremony was held for the opening of a 5.5 km. Trans Canada trail in Rockwood Park. Visitors can enjoy swimming, canoeing, tenting, wagon and horseback rides as well as a game of golf. Even your pet will enjoy a visit to their Dog Park.
